VOM Edible Cloud is an innovative technique that encapsulates flavours and aromas in flying edible clouds. The clouds are formed by fine bubbles filled with helium gas, and they can be made of an infinite number of flavours and aromas. Shape and serve these ethereal bites as a decorative and tasty garnish in order to amaze your customers while providing them with a WOW effect.

· Master the basics and develop your own flavours
· 100 grs of VOM formula are enough to create approximately 400 meters of clouds.
· Clouds remain stable between 4 and 5 minutes depending on the PH of the base products used for the personalisation of the flavour.
