Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your item to complete the return. Please notify us within the first 14 days if you intend to return the item, and then you’ll have an additional 16 days to send it back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at product@vom-edible-cloud.com. You must provide images and/or videos of the item, including its original packaging with the shipping label visible, to initiate the process. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note: While we will refund the cost of the goods and standard delivery, the consumer usually bears the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. You must provide images and/or videos of the damaged or incorrect item, including its original packaging with the shipping label visible, to help us promptly evaluate the situation and resolve the issue. To ensure a timely resolution, customers must report any damage, defect, or incorrect item within 7 days of delivery.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products) once opened.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a new item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
