VOM was born on the shores of Cadaqués, looking at a sole cloud above the Cucurucuc. Wondering how it would be like to have a bite of this cloud VOM was born.

From that moment through many hours of investigation, tests and design you can now taste clouds using this innovative gastronomic technique, to inspire with creativity and bring a smile to the table.

The floating cloud is made out of micro-bubbles carrying the flavor and aroma of your choice to bring your diners an unforgettable experience.
