VOM Edible Cloud is an innovative technique for creating flying edible clouds. These clouds are formed by fine bubbles infused with helium gas, and can be crafted in an endless variety of flavors and aromas. Shape and serve these ethereal bites as a decorative and tasty garnish, leaving your customers amazed with a true WOW effect.

· Master the basics and develop your own flavors
· 100 grs of VOM formula are enough to create approximately 400 meters of clouds.
· Clouds remain stable between 4 and 5 minutes depending on the PH of the base products used for the personalisation of the flavour.
· The High pressure regulator valve provides better control and a more efficient consumption of helium (which also reduces its cost).
