Salmon tartare / Dill Cloud
- Fill the Device with Prepared VOM Formula:
Carefully pour the previously prepared VOM Formula into the device. Ensure the liquid is filled to the appropriate level for optimal cloud formation. - Open the Precision Valve:
Slowly open the precision valve by turning it counterclockwise. Bubbles will begin to form inside the glass structure. - Let the Clouds Grow Gradually:
Allow the clouds to grow slowly and naturally. For the best performance and stability, use gentle pressure instead of a strong gas flow. - Expand Beyond the Glass Structure:
Continue the process until the cloud gently expands beyond the edge of the glass structure. - Cut the Cloud Using the Spoon:
Use the VOM Spoon to carefully cut and release the cloud. This will also help you check the cloud’s consistency and stability. - Shut Down Procedure:
Once you have finished creating clouds, first shut off the helium bottle, then close the main control valve. - Release Remaining Pressure:
Finally, release the remaining pressure from the tube by opening the control valve until all residual gas has escaped.
