Preparation:
Toast the black pepper.
Add hot mineral water for the infusion.
Put butter in a pan.
Add the veal and the Fresh Green Chili.
Sear each side of the veal.

Prepare the cloud
1,5g of Formula 1 VOM
200g of hot mineral water
Mix gently
Take out the upper foam.
Turn on the helium.
Remove the heavy foam.
